Serve as the technical liaison for sales and engineering, delivering demos and driving technical evaluations (workshops/POVs) of Harness's AI-native DevSecOps AppSec platform (SAST, DAST, SCA, API/AI security, runtime protection). Connect business security risks and compliance to technical solutions across the SDLC, support SaaS sales, translate customer requirements to engineering, and occasionally travel for customer engagements and events.

Manage complex investor reporting and agency relationships (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae), prepare daily and monthly reports, process loan transfers, reconcile custodial accounts, analyze servicing transactional data for compliance, drive process improvements, and serve as subject-matter expert for investor reporting and escalations.

Prepare and process all sales and financing documents accurately and promptly. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales. Support F&I processes, assist sales team, maintain organization and compliance, and ensure efficient transaction completion.

Lead a Talent Acquisition Enablement team to drive process design, technology adoption (especially AI), and operational excellence. Define transformation roadmaps, standardize recruiting processes globally, measure performance, and partner with HRIT and stakeholders to improve recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate experiences.
