Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Partner with Events, Global Communications, creative teams, and agencies to ensure brand-aligned, editorially strong messaging and reusable templates. Support onsite and post-event communications and measure engagement for continuous improvement.

Lead regional marketing strategy, campaign portfolio, events, partner MDF, and GTM activation for an assigned sub-region. Oversee planning, budget, measurement, cross-functional alignment, and people leadership while driving field adoption and performance reporting.

Perform day-to-day accounting including journal entries, account reconciliations, AR/AP subledger reconciliations, fixed asset management, expense review, support audits and tax filings, and assist with month-end close and special projects.

Drive revenue growth by identifying new business, prospecting and onboarding accounts, building strategic account playbooks, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating product introductions and training, and maintaining sales activity records in CRM while supporting branches and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Performs intermediate mechanical design, modeling, and basic analysis for wastewater screening equipment. Prepares GD&T engineering drawings, conducts tolerance and stress checks, supports production troubleshooting, leads subsystem workstreams, reviews junior drawings, documents test results, and collaborates across R&D, manufacturing, and project teams to improve products and processes.
