Serve as primary client-facing lead for MSP IT service delivery to biotech and pharma clients. As a Staff Backend AI Engineer, you will design and operate backend AI systems for Arbiter's care orchestration platform, ensuring reliability, low latency, and scalability while collaborating across teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Lead UX and UI for a complex B2B web and mobile platform: create high-fidelity designs and prototypes, run user research and testing, maintain the design system and visual identity, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and recommend product and AI-driven improvements to enhance the auction experience.
