Provide administrative and operational support to the Office of General Counsel: coordinate subpoenas, pleadings, and records requests; maintain tracking and matter management systems; schedule meetings and hearings; prepare and proofread correspondence and reports; support outside counsel engagement, procurement and budget-related tasks; manage confidential records and monitor administrative deadlines to ensure timely office operations.

Review service provider reports, manage budgets, fee and carried interest calculations, capital calls/distributions, fund setups/liquidations, and coordinate with portfolio managers, administrators, auditors, tax advisors, legal, compliance and other stakeholders.

Provide technical, front-line customer support and onboarding for Heartflow's web-based medical software. Troubleshoot issues, manage cases and knowledge base, deliver documentation and customer feedback into CRM, assist sales and production, and support account adoption and satisfaction metrics. May require on-call and weekend coverage after training.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing enterprise customer accounts, maximizing sales opportunities, building relationships, and exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Independently investigate personal lines auto and home claims for potential fraud by gathering evidence, interviewing parties, reviewing records, conducting inspections and site visits, coordinating experts and vendors, preparing investigative summaries, working with claim handlers, law enforcement and legal counsel, and testifying when necessary to support fair claim resolution.
