Partner with Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, Product, and Capital Markets to model and price credit deals, build life-of-loan portfolio and vintage models, stress-test revenue-share and capital scenarios, support sponsor bank and capital provider pitches, lead deal reviews, and develop AI-enabled tools and dashboards to scale credit deal modeling and decisioning.

Own the operational risk discipline within the enterprise risk program. Responsibilities include designing the operational risk framework, managing loss events, running RCSA assessments, conducting scenario analysis, testing controls, supporting Engineering incident reviews, tracking remediation, and preparing risk reporting for the CRO, Risk Committee, and board.

Own and improve Lithic's AML transaction monitoring program: maintain SOPs, tune alert logic and agentic/AI tooling, investigate complex suspicious activity and file SARs/UARs, supervise and quality-check reviews, produce KPIs and governance materials, and train/mentor analysts.

Analyze small-business loan applications, including bank statements, financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documents. Assess cash flow, repayment ability, credit risk, business credibility, and potential red flags; make approval or decline recommendations under company policies. Perform peer quality reviews, maintain compliant documentation, meet decision SLAs, communicate with brokers and merchants, and escalate complex cases. Use Excel, financial analysis tools, and AI-supported workflows responsibly while applying independent judgment.

Own credit portfolio performance analysis, credit policy, underwriting strategy, risk frameworks, and portfolio growth initiatives across lending products. Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations, leadership, and external lending partners to develop predictive models, automated decisioning, analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting. Present strategic recommendations on portfolio risk, borrower behavior, credit expansion, and company-wide risk strategy.

Manage FP&A services for Ukrainian startup customers, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, financial modeling, cash-gap prevention, cost optimization, and strategic recommendations. Build financial systems with R&D teams, analyze business metrics and multiple data sources, review accounting outputs, and communicate directly with founders and CFOs. Lead project priorities, deadlines, quality, workloads, and team organization.
