Manage technology category sourcing (software, hardware, cloud, data, networks), execute procurement strategies, run RFPs and negotiations, optimize spend, analyze contracts and spend data, implement procurement technologies, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance and sustainable sourcing.

Lead multi-year strategy and operating model for global card manufacturing, personalization, and secure delivery. Own vendor portfolio, governance, commercial negotiations, contracts, SLAs, and performance remediation. Drive cross-functional supply-chain programs, stakeholder communication, and build a high-performing team to improve resilience, reduce cost-to-serve, and ensure excellent customer delivery outcomes.

Own and configure no-code platforms to automate third-party onboarding, contracts, approvals and reporting. Design technical solutions, drive API integrations, manage releases/UAT, troubleshoot cross-system issues, maintain runbooks, and enable stakeholders to operate systems reliably.
