Maintain SAP production order releases and MRP to ensure on-time material availability; perform pre-shortage and work order variance analysis; manage inventory velocity in a sloc; follow QMS/BKM procedures for material allocation, DMR/MRB replacements, and RTS; collaborate with manufacturing and engineering and report material status in production meetings.

Maintain and improve material master data in SAP, ensuring completeness and quality of purchasing and MRP attributes. Manage AGS supplier projects and execute commodity and TCQC supplier strategies. Drive tactical resolution of supply issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time; support procurement escalations; support cost reduction and supplier capacity readiness programs; lead small projects and collaborate across teams to solve complex supplier-related problems.

Serve as the NPI materials planning lead, translating multi-level BOMs into actionable procurement signals in SAP and Kinaxis. Manage reservations, planned orders, and shortage mitigation; coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and manufacturing to set commit dates, track spend, and minimize excess/obsolescence throughout NPI phases.
