Owns a $20M portfolio of managed service and staff-augmentation partners, overseeing delivery performance, SLAs, milestones, governance, contract negotiations, rate savings, and executive reporting. The role centralizes vendor administration, manages partner scorecards and escalations, collaborates with Legal, Procurement, and Finance, and trains engineering managers on MSP agreements, SOWs, acceptance criteria, and performance governance.

Lead strategic sourcing and category management across more than $600 million in spend. Drive supplier selection, savings, contracting, negotiations, risk reduction, governance, and sourcing strategy across professional services and corporate functions. Partner with legal and business stakeholders, manage supplier relationships, develop sourcing excellence, and build a high-performing team. The role requires strong financial analysis, negotiation, project management, communication, and strategic advisory skills.
