Manages network planning and analytics teams, influences senior stakeholders, and drives scalable, cost-efficient growth initiatives.

Leads procurement customer success and governance for complex Optum Health stakeholders. Builds executive relationships, improves procurement service delivery, manages escalations, analyzes operational metrics, identifies process gaps, and drives cross-functional improvements in intake, supplier validation, handoffs, cycle times, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead rebuilding and scaling procurement: set strategy, governance, supplier management, and commercial negotiations for technology and operational spend. Drive cost savings, manage supplier transitions, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver procurement value.
