Lead procurement and supplier activities to synchronize supply chain for timely delivery of quality parts. Perform receiving, receipting and picking of parts and materials, process inventory transactions, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions, and maintain general warehouse housekeeping to support production.

Manage sourcing and procurement of metallic and non-metallic raw materials, develop RFQs/RFPs, negotiate and award contracts, manage purchase orders, inventory levels, supplier performance, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to optimize supply chain planning and material flow.

Analyze, plan, and control inventory levels, schedules, and allocations for manufactured, purchased, and furnished materials. Integrate BOMs, master schedules, and resources to determine demand; authorize acquisition/manufacture and disposition of residuals. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing and develop ordering strategies.

Manage global supplier interactions and place purchase orders in SAP/ERP to meet airplane delivery milestones. Expedite parts, analyze data to mitigate shortages, coordinate seat rework and logistics, report status to program leadership, and drive process improvements while supporting cross-functional initiatives and maintaining export control compliance.

Support Boeing's Global Supply Chain by interpreting DOT, FMCSA, and WSDOT regulations, ensuring compliance, managing driver qualification files, coordinating drug and alcohol programs, permits, Port of Seattle badging, training and hiring, performing field audits, and reporting regulatory performance to leadership.

Support supplier rate readiness by analyzing SCRS data, reviewing supplier plans, reducing performance risk, and partnering with procurement, operations, and enterprise teams to define and improve standard work and mitigation strategies for production rate increases.

Coordinate and synchronize supply chain activities to ensure timely, quality deliveries. Manage supplier relationships, inventory, demand monitoring, and performance metrics. Support cross-functional planning, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations to resolve quality and delivery issues.
