Supports material strategy, planning, procurement, cost and schedule management for aerospace programs. Responsibilities include material requirements aggregation, make-or-buy analysis, supplier sourcing, MRP planning, risk mitigation, EVMS-related reporting, lead-time and supplier-performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and program management. The role is onsite and requires eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Perform inbound/outbound shipment verification and documentation, process hazardous goods per DOT, pick/pack orders using hand scanners and ERP, maintain shipping supplies, coordinate vendors and shipments, load/unload trucks, and support continuous improvement and inventory activities.

Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting: define SOWs, develop/issue bid packages, evaluate proposals, award work, negotiate and execute supplier contracts. Manage cross-functional supplier and procurement processes, drive process improvements, lead teams, provide training, and ensure compliance with manufacturing and aerospace standards.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development across mechanical, electronic, and raw material commodities for Millennium Space Systems. Build cross-functional relationships, implement long-term agreements, ensure FAR/DFARS and CPSR compliance, drive cost reductions, supplier performance improvements, risk mitigation, and audit readiness. Manage supplier escalations, conduct evaluations and business reviews, and support make/buy decisions to sustain production ramp-up.

Manages government and capital property management operations, including employee leadership, property control processes, project planning, supplier oversight, policy implementation, stakeholder relationships, and process improvement. The role requires materials management experience, government customer interaction, and familiarity with defense contracts, FAR, DFARS, corrective action processes, and property management systems.

Supports material strategies, cost and schedule planning, risk mitigation, procurement planning, supplier engagement, and manufacturing readiness for aerospace programs. Aggregates engineering material requirements, develops make-or-buy and sourcing strategies, translates needs into MRP requirements, and tracks lead times, lines of balance, supplier performance, and program metrics. Partners with program management, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams while supporting CAM, EVMS, and continuous supply-chain improvement activities.

Supports Boeing aircraft sustainment logistics at a Tsuyama warehouse in Japan. Responsibilities include processing requisitions, tracking deliveries, coordinating receiving and shipping, managing repairable and retrograde materials, supporting inventory and configuration activities, maintaining quality documentation, and improving logistics processes. The role requires collaboration with Boeing, JASDF, government supply systems, and vendors in Japanese and English. It is fully onsite with occasional travel and physical warehouse duties.

Support sourcing and supplier management for Boeing Defense: analyze demand/supply, prepare proprietary information agreements, support sourcing strategies and negotiations, document contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

Lead proposal preparation, negotiate and administer government contracts (pre- and post-award), ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage contract documentation, coordinate shipments/billing/DCMA interactions, and maintain customer relationships for DoD-focused small satellite programs.

Maintain inventory levels to meet production, act as liaison between planning, production, supply chain and warehouse, set up warehouse locations, perform stock and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, report on stockholdings, facilitate transport bookings, and develop warehouse procedures.
