Develop, negotiate, and manage proposals and contracts for space-based communications programs. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies, perform financial analysis of contractual outcomes, coordinate contract flow-down/up with suppliers, and deliver business solutions that mitigate risk and support program growth.

Manage direct material purchasing and supplier relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries. Execute RFQs, expedite POs, handle returns and payments, track SAP service requests, report key metrics, support stakeholders, and prioritize customer escalations and AOG requests.

Lead Items of Interest for the ACEA Sustainment Program: monitor and manage declining stock health, analyse data and produce burndown charts to identify risks, minimise impacts to operational capability, coordinate logistics and resource priorities, collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, and run regular status meetings to support mission readiness.

Lead discovery, design, and delivery of supplier management capabilities (lifecycle, portal, performance, risk, discovery). Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Align stakeholders, define success metrics, support vendor evaluations, manage third-party relationships, and drive change management and compliance for supplier systems and processes.

Manage supplier data and performance for engineering product definition using Boeing SEDS. Track supplier deliverables, ensure data accuracy and on-time completion, analyze and report supplier/internal performance, develop productivity tools, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive action item closure, and support leadership to improve and automate supply chain processes.

Support sourcing, negotiation and contracting activities; analyze demand and supply, manage supplier performance, schedule, quality and financial metrics; execute contracts and supplier improvement initiatives; conduct risk and opportunity management; integrate program and customer needs into procurement strategies.

Manage and track retrofit kit delivery schedules, coordinate across warehousing, suppliers, quality, and 3PL, maintain contractual/regulatory documentation, escalate and remediate delivery risks, run meetings and performance reviews, and support on-time, quality deliveries under strict deadlines.

Manage and lead a Top Tier supplier management team supporting BGS-G. Oversee subcontract performance, open orders, supplier relationships, negotiation, and alignment with customers and internal supply chain. Coordinate forecasting, planning, and execution, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with DoD prime subcontract requirements. Mentor staff and represent the company in supplier agreements. Occasional travel (<10%).

Support Procurement Agents managing rate readiness plans in SCRS, analyze supplier readiness data, peer-review plans, mitigate supplier performance risk, align strategies with program needs, and define/improve standard work.
