The role aligns forecasts, replenishment settings, order flow, inventory actions, and supply-chain scorecards to improve fill rate, in-stock performance, and forecast accuracy. Responsibilities include monitoring business signals, optimizing item-level settings, managing order flow, executing inventory strategies, supporting launches and promotions, building reporting routines, and contributing to joint business planning. Requires strong retailer collaboration, analytics, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Own end-to-end inventory planning for Shark and Ninja DTC channels in Western Europe. Develop demand forecasts, monitor stock health and sell-through, partner with supply chain and fulfilment for replenishment, support NPD launches, align inventory with promotions, report key DTC inventory KPIs, and improve planning processes and tools.

Own end-to-end inventory operations and assortment planning for TikTok Shop, aligning stock to forecasts, mitigating out-of-stock risk, sizing launches, modelling demand scenarios, protecting GM% and ASP, and partnering with ops and category owners to scale live commerce and drive assortment decisions using BI and AI tools.

Lead SharkNinja's Operations Efficiency program to identify, prioritize, and deliver cost savings and service improvements. Manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, develop business cases, establish governance and reporting, partner with Finance for benefit validation, and apply Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving to drive scalable operational improvements across logistics, distribution, and warehousing.

Support end-to-end order management for major retailers: process orders, verify inventory, route via EDI/portals, work with 3PLs, resolve chargebacks and disputes, track OTIF, escalate issues, use AI tools for data validation, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Execute intercompany inventory transfers in Oracle, coordinate with distribution centers and carriers, monitor pickups/deliveries, resolve shipment issues, maintain records, support KPI tracking, and drive process improvements during peak periods.
