Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end procurement operating model. Establish policies, controls, and frameworks; enable S2P technologies; partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency, audit readiness, performance metrics, and supplier management.

Lead negotiation, drafting, and execution of commercial contracts within procurement. Collaborate with legal, IT, risk, and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual and third-party risks, streamline contracting processes, and ensure compliant, timely supplier agreements.
