Lead global Industrial Gas category strategy for Front End and Back End manufacturing. Build resilient supply chains, manage strategic supplier relationships, lead global negotiations, ensure supply assurance and risk mitigation, drive sustainability and supplier innovation, and develop a high-performing category team while partnering across manufacturing, technology, quality, supply chain, finance, legal, and executive leadership.

Responsible for tactical supply planning and execution for LPDRAM products. Collaborates with business, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams to balance demand and supply, manage capacity and material constraints, mitigate supply risks, support customer fulfillment, and drive data-informed decisions, operational excellence, and revenue attainment through cross-functional issue resolution.

Lead procurement and sourcing for construction projects: run tenders for general and subcontracts, manage change orders, coordinate procurement across categories, act as single commercial contact during project performance, produce cost/schedule/performance reports, and apply AI tools to improve workflows.

Lead and develop a global Procure-to-Pay operations team to deliver efficient, compliant P2P support. Own service delivery, governance, audit readiness, KPI reporting, continuous improvement, automation/AI enablement, and stakeholder management.

Lead operational readiness and execution for SSD product NPI, HVM transitions, and EOL. Manage sample fulfillment, part number lifecycle, inventory optimization, and cross-functional alignment. Provide data-driven analysis, reporting, and strategic support to ensure manufacturing planning, customer qualifications, and successful product launches.
