Leads GM’s global socially and environmentally responsible sourcing strategy across direct and indirect supply chains. Owns supplier codes, due diligence, assessments, audits, corrective actions, governance, reporting, and risk oversight. Partners with sustainability, purchasing, legal, suppliers, and industry groups to embed responsible sourcing into onboarding, contracts, and performance management. Develops dashboards, executive communications, organizational capability, and team talent while driving regulatory compliance, traceability, continuous improvement, and measurable ESG outcomes.

Manages urgent supplier capacity and delivery issues affecting manufacturing facilities. Coordinates purchasing, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, improve productivity, reduce lead times and costs, and resolve operational problems. Travels extensively to supplier locations, supports business transfers, develops executive reports, and improves manufacturing layouts, material flow, processes, and standards.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts for defense service parts and assemblies. Translate customer, contract, and program requirements into actionable demand signals. Coordinate planning inputs across engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, suppliers, and program teams. Monitor inventory, supply, capacity, and fulfillment readiness; identify risks and drive issues to resolution. Maintain visibility into demand, supply pipelines, priorities, and milestones while communicating status to stakeholders.

Leads procurement, sourcing, purchase order management, inventory control, supplier oversight, logistics, quality compliance, and invoice coordination for automotive test labs. Partners with engineering, lab operations, fleet, quality, and suppliers to procure technical components, tools, materials, and services. Supports prototype builds, vehicle testing, forecasting, cost savings, delivery tracking, and accurate inventory records while ensuring technical specifications, budgets, and project schedules are met.

Lead global sourcing and supplier negotiations for precision stampings; develop commodity strategy, manage RFQs, supplier KPIs, budgeting, and mitigate supply disruptions while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage VOM specification tables, execute spec changes, maintain launch calendars, and oversee weekly Dealer Order Submission Process. Optimize order quality, constraints, and allocations; resolve POMS rejects; partner cross-functionally, mentor teammates, and participate in UAT for order and launch readiness.

Serve as an SAP-focused supply chain liaison to investigate and resolve discrepancies between part records and on-hand inventory. Support SAP Material Master, cycle count reconciliation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, monthly inventory reporting, training, process documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement to maintain material continuity and improve plant metrics.

Lead global sourcing and commodity strategy for electronic module purchases. Manage RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, contracts, KPI reviews, and budget execution. Drive cost savings, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally.

Leads provisioning, integrated logistics support, sustainment data, and obsolescence management for defense vehicle programs. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, technical documentation, IT, suppliers, customers, and program teams to deliver accurate logistics data and documentation. Manages provisioning events, quality controls, configuration changes, third-party providers, lifecycle risks, mitigation plans, and customer reporting. Leads a small team, improves systems and processes, and supports proposals and new-program activities.

Leads logistics sourcing and procurement strategy, including RFQs, quote analysis, supplier selection, negotiations, rate management, contract governance, compliance, and supplier performance. Builds cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams. Drives cost savings, continuous improvement, supplier relationship development, and resolution of commercial issues while supporting global purchasing objectives. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience and 5–10% domestic and international travel.
