Lead supplier cost optimization and value-chain initiatives by building cost models, auditing supplier cost reports, driving continuous improvement, supporting sourcing and negotiation, conducting on-site workshops, and coordinating cross-functional teams to realize savings and accurate component/tooling pricing.

Lead global commodity and multi-site PCBA/SMT sourcing to achieve cost competitiveness, supply resilience, quality, and operational execution. Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance and contracts, support new product introductions, align capacity planning, drive continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.

Lead material coordination for an assigned manufacturing area: oversee dock and warehouse operations, supervise material handlers, liaise with Manufacturing/Engineering and 3PLs, manage budgets and SAP invoicing, support launches, drive continuous improvement, and act as Dangerous Goods SME backup.
