It also supports strategic sourcing activities, crisis management, and cross-functional reporting.

Leads Core IT’s vendor management function, overseeing supplier performance, governance, service expectations, reporting, escalations, renewals, negotiations, risk, and value optimization. Partners with Purchasing, Finance, Security, and IT leaders to align vendor deliverables and spending with business priorities. Builds and mentors a vendor management team and virtual network of vendor leads while driving continuous improvement and enterprise-scale governance.

Lead SAP S/4HANA-driven purchasing and supply chain transformation by bridging business and IT, establishing master data governance, defining requirements, driving fit-to-standard processes, developing KPIs, and enabling change management and training across global GPSC stakeholders.

Supports the transformation of enterprise Sales and Operations Planning by designing planning processes, scenario models, constraints, metrics, and decision rules. Partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Finance, IT, and vendors to implement an S&OP platform, define requirements, test system capabilities, align data, and evaluate scenarios. Leads global and regional sourcing of manufacturing automation technology, including software, SaaS, and infrastructure. Develops sourcing strategies, negotiates commercial and legal terms, manages supplier performance and renewals, benchmarks costs, and partners with IT, Engineering, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders. The role also oversees supplier governance, resolves commercial issues, maintains business continuity, and manages sourcing packages under corporate procurement policies.

Leads end-to-end supply chain readiness for new vehicle model launches across approximately 25 locations. Coordinates engineering, suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, operations, and aftersales teams; manages launch plans, inventory strategies, risks, KPIs, systems, partners, and transition to steady-state operations. Coaches direct reports, drives problem resolution and continuous improvement, and develops launch governance, processes, and future operating strategies.

Coordinate material flow from suppliers through receiving and inventory management to support production schedules. Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor pull systems and buffers, resolve material issues, manage troubled suppliers, oversee dangerous goods and scrap responsibilities, and support source changes. Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, and plant teams while improving material flow through lean strategies and maintaining internal controls and quality standards.

Manage material availability for manufacturing validation builds by confirming supplier orders, tracking material requirements, identifying shortages, coordinating supplier and program-team actions, and publishing status reports. Lead cross-functional meetings, escalate issues, support assembly plant material resolution, and communicate part status across Global Supply Chain. The role requires strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and advanced Excel skills.

Leads global commodity strategy, sourcing, purchasing, supplier negotiations, contract management, cost reduction, capacity planning, and supply resilience for raw materials. Directs global teams, develops supplier partnerships, collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, legal, and finance, and manages procurement activities from strategy through execution. Oversees employee development, performance, compliance requirements, and operational issues while driving global business-plan targets.
