Maintains inventory accuracy by verifying physical and system records, monitoring material status, conducting cycle counts, recording inventory movements, and supporting month-end inventory. Reports scrap and excess usage, recommends bill-of-material and usage-rate updates, coordinates schedule changes with purchasing and scheduling teams, and provides backup support for inventory and purchasing functions. The role also requires data entry, computer software use, safety compliance, communication, and forklift operation.

Manage FBIN import operations and drayage/transload services, lead carrier and forwarder relationships, run annual RFPs, oversee SAP/TMS integrations, track KPIs and performance, and implement cost and service improvements across North American distribution centers.

Lead end-to-end distribution and fulfillment operations for the Springwell business, driving safety, inventory accuracy, service, productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement. Manage teams, staffing and capacity plans, WMS/WCS/ERP systems, KPIs, budgets, cross-functional partnerships, and operational scalability while implementing Lean/TPS/5S/Kaizen practices and supporting network planning and footprint decisions.

Lead global sourcing for new product development across business units, ensuring supplier engagement, cost competitiveness, quality, and launch readiness. Drive stage-gate governance, supplier strategy, cross-functional integration, process improvements, and team development to scale supply solutions and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.

Support day-to-day customs and trade compliance: prepare and review import documentation, coordinate with brokers, classify products (HTS), maintain ERP customs data, track shipments, participate in audits, ensure CBP recordkeeping, and collaborate across teams.
