The Technical Implementation Manager coordinates the client implementation process, leading discovery sessions, designing solutions, training teams, and ensuring successful project execution across multiple stakeholders.

Own ticket triage, SLAs/KPIs, onboarding/offboarding, M365/Google Workspace and Azure AD administration, endpoint management via Intune/MDM, vendor and asset lifecycle, security policy enforcement, documentation, and process improvement.

The Partner Operations Specialist monitors eligibility, accumulator, and claims files, resolving issues and improving workflow efficiency while supporting new partner integrations and client implementations.

Own end-to-end revenue operations processes including deal desk and contract operations, partner and program operations, GTM onboarding and enablement, and RevOps initiative execution.
