Maintain content repositories and taxonomy, fix or document quality issues, analyze performance data to inform programming strategy, support initiatives and campaigns, track quality trends, and document workflows while partnering with project managers and stakeholders.

Provide high-touch support to senior leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, develop executive presentations, draft communications, track action items, implement efficiencies, use productivity and AI tools, handle confidential information, and support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

Provide administrative and project support to a hiring department, performing assigned tasks, troubleshooting basic office equipment, using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), communicating professionally, supervising or leading as needed, managing multiple assignments, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel client appointments; handle inbound calls and emails; maintain accurate calendars and customer records; send reminders and follow-ups; verify information; escalate complex issues; and collaborate to improve scheduling processes while protecting customer confidentiality.

Design, implement, and improve Monarch's leadership operating system and planning cadences. Own quarterly and annual planning mechanics, drive execution of cross-functional priorities, build documentation and artifacts to scale execution, and partner with founders and leaders to remove friction and improve decision-making.
