Manage end-to-end advisor transitions onto Savvy's platform: prepare and validate paperwork, run data validation, coordinate with custodians/vendors/internal teams, communicate with advisors, monitor progress, and improve transition processes to scale operations.

Provide L1-L3 maintenance, configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution for Verint Workforce Optimization and related voice recording platforms. Perform patching, upgrades, log analysis, and out-of-hours support. Participate in live incident management, follow runbooks and escalation procedures, and collaborate with internal teams, service owners, vendors, and stakeholders in a regulated financial-services environment.

Drive commercial deals from contracting request to signature across SaaS, services, and hybrid agreements. Prepare and tailor contracts using templates, manage redlines and escalations, coordinate Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security, and improve contracting playbooks, routing rules, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction and speed execution.

Support daily operations for a fintech advisory firm by processing client transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining internal systems, auditing processes, generating operational reports, assisting client onboarding, and driving process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Support AfroTech sponsor accounts from onboarding through on-site execution: manage logistics, timelines, deliverables, Asana tracking, sponsor communications, and serve as primary on-site contact during the AfroTech Conference.
