Collaborate with designers, product teams, and engineers through architecture reviews, documentation, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-team delivery.

Lead complex, cross-team software initiatives from design through rollout; architect backend services, improve reliability and observability, guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and elevate engineering quality. The role emphasizes AI-assisted coding, agentic development workflows, automated guardrails, testing, incident response, and solving ambiguous technical problems across consumer applications and internal tools.

Build and operate scalable web applications and cloud services for secure, high-stakes digital assessments.
