Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher partners within the companys real-time performance acquisition platform. Analyze performance data, recommend optimizations, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, coach partners on self-service, and drive strategic initiatives to increase clicks, calls, and leads. Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade ML systems across the full model lifecycle. Translate business goals into ML solutions, monitor model performance and drift, perform analyses and experiments, and collaborate with data engineers, product, and domain experts to improve risk assessment and underwriting outcomes.

Provide advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for programs. Monitor costs, prepare EACs and variance analyses, support proposals/pricing, ensure compliance with accounting and contract requirements, coordinate billing/revenue recognition, mentor junior staff, and support audits and financial reviews.

Manage integration project tracking and executive reporting for multiple acquisitions. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain trackers and action registers, investigate and resolve blockers, and support marketing operations (CRM/marketing automation, campaign tracking, sales enablement, websites) and reporting. Provide exposure to senior leadership and grow into broader Marketing & Strategy responsibilities.

Clean, analyze, and standardize automotive parts data using Excel and in-house tools. Validate results, log outcomes in a ticketing system, and communicate updates to clients to ensure high-quality cataloging and product data management.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales into high-volume creditors' rights law firms and debt buyers. Build a 12-18 month pipeline, conduct executive-level discovery, manage negotiations and closes, partner on onboarding and expansion, represent Proof at industry events, and maintain CRM forecast hygiene. Travel ~20-25% for conferences and client visits.
