Serve as the CEO's strategic and operational right hand at an AI LegalTech startup: prepare executive/board/investor materials, build financial models and decks, contribute litigation expertise to product content, validate LLM-generated analyses, drive cross-functional execution, manage company operations (recruiting, vendor administration, OKRs), represent the CEO, and handle special projects across finance, legal, and partnerships.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 125–150 corporate partners through identification, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, and expansion. Secure new partnerships and increase revenue via sponsorships, cause-marketing, employee engagement, and philanthropic investments. Create proposals and agreements, meet revenue goals, coordinate activations with cross-functional teams, track activity in Salesforce, and represent the organization at events.

The Account Executive will drive growth by generating business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting presentations, and managing the sales cycle in the K-12 education sector.

Lead district sales and go-to-market expansion from initial states to nationwide adoption. Own full sales cycle—prospecting, demos, procurement, RFP responses, and closing—while building playbooks, managing CRM pipeline, shaping messaging, and representing Lilypad at conferences.

Lead technical accounting projects and manage operational accounting processes to ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance. Serve as SME on revenue, leases, commissions, business combinations, and consolidations. Drive process automation, system integrations, and finance-related system implementations. Collaborate with operations, IT, and legal on special projects and present financial statements and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Provide L2-L3 technical support for Imperva products, escalate and coordinate with engineering, analyze case trends, consult on deployments, mentor junior engineers, write knowledge-base content, and assist customers and partners to resolve security/network issues.

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serve as primary client contact, negotiate sales agreements, collaborate cross-functionally for order fulfillment, analyze market trends, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.

Perform Ukrainian- and English-language open-source research and document review to assess KYC, sanctions, AML, and supply chain risks. Use Exiger's DDIQ and shipping databases to identify risk-relevant information, produce client-ready narratives, onboard and train users, and advise on tool usage. Support U.S. government clients with timely, accurate due diligence and risk assessments.

Lead the design and delivery of client and internal training on cybersecurity, AI adoption, and usability. Develop scalable curricula, create original training content, run workshops, mentor staff, collaborate with operations and marketing, and track training outcomes to improve security habits and AI literacy across clients and the team.

Build and maintain dbt data models, design BI dashboards and reports (Count and other tools), and deliver merchant/issuer analytics. Partner with GTM and product teams to translate data into actionable insights, improve data quality, and lead technical investigations to scale analytics infrastructure.
