Provide remote, Pacific Time client support for One Legal users: resolve inquiries via phone and written communication, maintain Salesforce records, guide clients through the platform, advocate for product improvements, meet KPIs, assist onboarding, and contribute to operational improvements and de-escalation.

Manage and coordinate LMS programs for government clients: oversee platform administration, support integrations and migrations, lead partner onboarding and go‑live planning, author SOPs and interagency agreements, gather requirements, produce stakeholder documentation, and coordinate vendors to ensure compliant, efficient LMS deployments.

Review and quality-assure investigative reports from field investigators, provide guidance on investigative and formatting requirements, monitor case status and due dates, schedule additional leads, assist with customer complaints, prepare statistical/customer reports, and support project managers and supervisors on quality issues.

Serve as escalation point for complex, high-value opportunities and coach teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

Drive new commercial business by prospecting, developing, and closing complex B2B fleet-management opportunities. Lead cross-functional teams, engage C-suite stakeholders, build territory and account plans, manage CRM forecasts, and align solutions to measurable financial and operational outcomes. Frequent travel required.
