Provide escalated technical support for Ping Identity products on a shifted follow-the-sun schedule. Troubleshoot customer issues, manage case escalations and queue during weekend shifts, reproduce problems, collaborate with Engineering/SRE/Product teams, handle phone/alert responses, and document bugs and remediation while following ISO27001/9001 and security incident processes.

Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users via phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshoot Windows and macOS, Office apps, hardware, printers, and network issues. Manage tickets in ITSM, maintain inventory and knowledge base, escalate complex issues, and perform occasional local travel to corporate offices and clubs.

Serve as first point of contact for clients (email/chat), investigate and resolve technical and workflow issues, escalate appropriately, document investigations, communicate status to stakeholders, and own tickets from intake through resolution while balancing competing priorities.

Lead and scale a unified Revenue Operations function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Own GTM strategy, forecasting, territory design, quota and compensation, deal desk, GTM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), quote-to-cash automation, and cross-functional enablement. Build and mentor a global ops team, deliver pipeline and performance insights, and drive change management to improve revenue growth, productivity, and commercial execution.

Administer and govern the firm's planning technology ecosystem: vendor management, licensing, platform administration, M&A onboarding and migrations, integrations, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement to ensure platforms are supported, compliant, and aligned with enterprise objectives.

Investigate card, ACH, and mobile deposit disputes per Reg E, Mastercard and NACHA rules; manage chargeback lifecycle; detect and mitigate fraud through transaction analysis; document audit-ready investigative summaries; and work with AI and other technologies to improve processes within a collaborative operations team.

Provide executive support (inbox triage, calendar management, meeting prep, travel logistics) while coordinating CMS publishing, content workflows, design liaison, project trackers, and client communications. Maintain content calendars, perform light editing/proofreading, compile analytics snapshots, and ensure timely delivery across editorial and client campaigns.

Lead enterprise-wide process discovery, documentation, optimization, automation, and AI-enabled transformation. Design process controls and governance, build business cases, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and measurable operational improvements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems (PACS, RIS, VNA), ensure interoperability (DICOM, HL7, IHE), collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders, document resolutions, and participate in on-call rotation to minimize downtime and support clinical workflows.

Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, build and troubleshoot Flows, support DealHub CPQ, maintain reports/dashboards, enforce data governance, lead system improvements, manage deployments and sandboxes, develop Apex/Visualforce/LWC, and maintain integrations.
