The Director of Partner Engineering will lead the Partner Engineering team, define the strategy for integrations, manage partner onboarding, and drive collaborative innovation with partners in the AI and cloud ecosystem.

Manage short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts for assigned customers and plants using statistical models and market intelligence. Lead S&OP and demand review meetings, monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias), align demand with capacity across Sales, Operations and Supply Planning, support new program launches and transitions, drive SAP/Fiori and forecasting platform improvements, mentor junior planners, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Investigate, evaluate and negotiate management liability and specialty lines claims (E&O, D&O, EPL). Analyze coverage, set reserves, manage claim strategy, coordinate with defense counsel and underwriters, and maintain compliance with regulations and policy changes while delivering strong customer service.

Lead design, build, and deliver enterprise Apigee API management solutions (Apigee X/Hybrid). Architect APIs, mentor teams, support pre-sales, create PoCs, define governance, implement security integrations, and support CI/CD and production deployments.

Provide high-level administrative support to CTC Global executives: manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and visitors, process invoices and credit card expenditures, maintain confidential files (including commercial contracts), prepare meeting spaces, and run special projects while collaborating across departments.
