Collaborates with Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Salesforce administrators, and GTM Engineering to ensure accurate, timely, compliant campaign launches and continuous operational improvement.

Translates complex commercial contract reasoning into production-ready LLM workflows for contract intelligence. Defines use cases, prompt architectures, schemas, evaluation frameworks, grounding strategies, and exception handling. Partners with legal experts, product, engineering, data science, and operations teams to deploy and monitor AI capabilities, support adoption, and ensure accurate, evidence-grounded outputs across contract analytics workflows.

Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts, respond to security incidents and client tickets, troubleshoot vulnerabilities and malware, and provide recommendations to strengthen client security postures. Maintain application, web, and infrastructure security controls; collaborate with clients, vendors, and IT professionals; monitor vulnerability intelligence; and produce technical status reports and contract deliverables.

Own executive-level relationships for enterprise performance-marketing clients, leading integrated multichannel planning, forecasting, measurement, optimization, and growth initiatives.
