Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure Open Finance applications across Java backend services and React frontends. Build APIs, microservices, cloud-native and containerized applications, automated CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive tests. Collaborate with product stakeholders, manage delivery risks, improve reliability and engineering metrics, conduct demos, apply secure coding practices, and mentor less-experienced engineers.

Conduct manual penetration tests and secure code reviews across web applications, APIs, AWS infrastructure, and AI systems. Develop AI-assisted security tooling, test LLM applications and agents, triage SAST findings, tune detection rules, support security reviews before production, and communicate risks and remediation priorities to engineering teams.

Provide back-to-back phone-based customer service and technical troubleshooting for DISH TV customers, answer billing and programming questions, resolve technical issues, and promote products and services.
