As a Mid Market Business Development Representative, you will prospect leads, set up meetings, build pipelines, manage CRM data, and customize product solutions for partners.

Own analysis, validation, and documentation of enterprise platform workflows and data inputs. Define test strategies, lead functional/regression validation, approve configuration changes, and drive remediation. Lead marketing strategy and execution for AI Advisory & Transformation practice. Build full-funnel integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, email and partners; align with sales to drive pipeline. Oversee SEO/paid media, AI-driven search approaches, and AI integration into marketing workflows. Manage and mentor a marketing team, external partners, and measure campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Support execution of marketing initiatives for an AI advisory practice: coordinate campaigns, update content and collateral, manage event logistics, track activities and reporting, maintain templates and files, and provide administrative and production support across marketing, business development, and practice teams.

Provide level 1 remote NOC/service desk support for MSP clients: troubleshoot AD, O365, Windows, network connectivity, servers, workstations, mobile devices; log and escalate tickets; document cases and client procedures; participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Manage month-end close for the Housecalls business, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support acquisition integrations, produce financial analysis and reports, review AP and payments, participate in audits, implement process improvements, ensure accounting compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning.

Serve as the technical bridge between customers and Midstream: lead technical discovery, design enterprise AI solutions, validate architectures, advise executives, build repeatable demo assets, and shape product and GTM technical foundations for healthcare deployments.

Analyze pharmacy claims and utilization to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities. Support specialty drug monitoring, PBM evaluations, stop-loss underwriting, client reporting, dashboards, and pharmacy benefit strategy development while collaborating with consultants, underwriters, brokers, and vendor partners.

Lead and develop a distributed Sales Engineering team supporting US Public Sector. Establish operating models, standardize discovery/demos/Proof of Value, drive technical wins on strategic opportunities, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, and manage hiring, performance, and career growth.
