Develops and improves property and casualty insurance products by researching market trends, regulations, competitors, and bureau programs. Mentors team members, oversees project-site personnel when needed, ensures quality and customer satisfaction, and may participate in on-call rotations and overnight travel up to 50%.

Supports project leadership and employees across HR operations, employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, records management, compliance, payroll coordination, and exit meetings. Advises management on employment-law requirements, maintains confidential personnel information, resolves employee concerns, and recommends HR solutions. The role is primarily remote in Texas but requires travel as needed and schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Own monthly and quarterly close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, invoicing, collections, accruals, and cash management. Support tax filings, audits, internal controls, revenue recognition, management reporting, and variance analysis. Administer finance systems, improve accounting processes through automation, and support finance projects and analyses in a high-growth startup environment.

Execute B2B demand-generation campaigns: build and optimize paid search and paid social, create LinkedIn audiences, perform keyword research, report pipeline metrics, prepare QBR decks, and collaborate on quarterly client plans.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems and backend products. Responsibilities include backend development, front-end integration, database performance optimization, data security, debugging, unit testing, code reviews, and building, releasing, and maintaining containerized solutions.

Analyze operational data, build and maintain reporting models, KPIs, dashboards and scorecards. Provide actionable insights to improve network performance and customer experience. Prepare presentations for leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and recommend operational efficiency improvements while maintaining BI best practices and continuing education.
