Own motion design for brand videos, product explainers, campaigns, and events. Translate technical product concepts into clear visual stories through UI animation, data visualization, abstract sequences, typography, and motion systems. Collaborate with brand, product marketing, design, product designers, and video editors from concept through delivery while establishing Fieldguide’s motion language and animation standards.

Portuguese and English fluency is required, with domestic and international travel up to 20%.

Lead vision and execution for Dropbox's next-generation design system and experience platform. Build reusable patterns, components, tokens, accessibility standards, and operating models to scale product quality across web, mobile, desktop, and AI experiences. Partner with product, engineering, research, brand, and leadership to drive adoption, governance, measurement, and high-fidelity front-end implementation while managing and developing a multidisciplinary team.

Execute and support full-funnel B2B demand generation and account-based marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, display, content syndication, webinars, direct mail, and web. Coordinate campaign planning, creative and content development, audience segmentation, launch execution, reporting, and optimization.
