Remote full-time UX Designer I/II role contributing to cross-platform (desktop, mobile, web) product design. Responsibilities include user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, collaborating with PMs and developers, maintaining design systems, mentoring (II), and iterating designs based on analytics and stakeholder feedback.

Administer US benefits (health, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k)), manage open enrollment and leave programs, coordinate US payroll with Finance, run wellness and engagement initiatives, support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, maintain ATS and HRIS data integrity, and provide operational support to the Talent team.
