Quota-carrying expansion Customer Success Manager responsible for driving upsell and cross-sell within an existing book of business. Own the post-sale journey from onboarding through adoption, renewals, and expansion. Build and manage an expansion pipeline, forecast accurately, drive adoption and value, and hit $50K/month expansion targets while partnering with product and support.

Serve as the primary technical partner for strategic customers: own SDK implementation, integrations, event tracking, and onboarding; build and deploy in-app experiences; audit installations; triage and fix technical issues; train customers; and work closely with CXMs and Support Engineering to ensure long-term customer success.

Lead product strategy and execution for assigned industry verticals in a B2B SaaS platform. Conduct customer and market discovery, define roadmaps, write requirements, partner with cross-functional teams, launch products, and analyze performance to iteratively improve solutions.

Drive channel revenue growth by developing partner programs, managing regional channel business, building partner relationships, creating and executing quarterly/yearly plans, tracking pipeline via CRM/PRM, and meeting sales targets.
