Own the design and implementation of WISEcode’s automated quality engineering ecosystem. Build AI-augmented UI, API, integration, regression, database, performance, and reliability testing frameworks for ASP.NET and Blazor applications. Integrate testing into CI/CD, improve observability and release confidence, investigate failures and race conditions, validate AI/ML outputs, and establish scalable quality standards and metrics across engineering teams.

Supports Digital Experience Center operations across multiple financial institution clients. Configures and administers CCaaS platforms, IVR routing, conversational AI, electronic forms, knowledge content, reporting, and vendor cases. Assists with client implementations, testing, documentation, release reviews, incident tracking, troubleshooting, and post-launch stabilization. The role requires careful validation, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of accurate client-facing operational assets in a remote environment.

Coordinates eCommerce site operations, including product launches, SKU updates, promotions, pricing, content, merchandising, and campaign changes. Performs quality assurance, site testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis while maintaining the operations calendar. Collaborates with merchandising, marketing, creative, UX/UI, technology, and customer service teams to improve product discoverability, conversion, customer experience, and business results.

Provides federal HR support for staffing, classification, payroll, benefits, leave, compensation, employee relations, and personnel records. Oversees segmentation, KPI dashboards, long-range and annual planning, budgeting, business cases, CDP requirements, and AI-enabled automation. Serves as chief of staff and advisor to the CMO, presents to executives and the board, and builds and mentors a multi-layered insights and analytics team.

Own end-to-end global logistics for hardware products: coordinate domestic and international shipments, negotiate with freight forwarders, manage vendor relationships, ensure trade compliance (HTS/ECCN), create shipping documents/labels, track shipments, and develop logistics KPIs and reports while building long-term logistics strategy in a fast-paced startup.

Develops partnership-led product expansion strategy, evaluates build-versus-partner opportunities, conducts market and partner analysis, presents recommendations to leadership, represents OnePay externally, and leads partner selection and commercial contract negotiations through execution.

Provides remote executive and administrative support, including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, proposal preparation, process documentation, CRM and database administration, SharePoint file organization, project coordination, vendor communication, and optional QuickBooks invoicing support.

The role requires SaaS experience, CRM proficiency, leadership experience, strong communication, and domestic travel up to 25%.

Supports identity and access management operations, including application, infrastructure, operating system, and privileged access provisioning and deprovisioning. Handles onboarding, offboarding, transfers, remediation, access requests, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, documentation, and user access reviews. Assists with IAM compliance, policy adherence, process improvement, and senior analyst support.
