Own post-implementation success for complex Mid-Market customers: drive adoption of Samsara IoT products, diagnose and resolve technical issues, lead strategic engagements and workshops, recommend workflow and feature changes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and renewals.

Own full sales cycle selling Scrunch to digital, SEO, content, and performance marketing agencies. Prospect and close agency leaders, run consultative multi-stakeholder processes, drive pipeline via inbound and targeted outbound, and partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure adoption and expansion.

Support quality assurance for composite and metal aircraft parts. Interpret requirements, develop quality metrics and certification plans, analyze capability and nonconformance trends, perform data analysis for manufacturing readiness, and participate in reviews to ensure product/process quality and compliance.
