Support pre-sales discovery, technical scoping, demos, tracking audits, and proof-of-concept implementations for Elevar’s conversion tracking platform. Troubleshoot integrations and data-quality issues involving analytics, APIs, webhooks, and advertising platforms. Partner with Sales, Partnerships, agencies, and customers; document requirements, integration guidance, and best practices; support handoffs to implementation teams; and provide feedback to product leadership.

Researches complex technical accounting matters, drafts accounting memos and policies, monitors GAAP and SEC updates, and leads implementation assessments. Supports SOX/ICFR controls, audit activities, close processes, and cross-functional disclosure efforts with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations. Maintains SEC reporting tools and communicates complex accounting matters clearly to executives and auditors.

Supports digital products and enterprise systems by gathering requirements, documenting user stories, mapping business processes and data flows, resolving routine system issues, assisting with configuration changes, conducting functional testing, and maintaining system records. The role collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, identifies process improvements, follows security and governance standards, and escalates complex issues as needed.

Build and maintain full-stack monetization features across web and mobile, including enrollment flows, paywalls, subscriptions, reactivation, and marketing integrations. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to run experiments and optimize revenue. Instrument features, monitor production systems, use AI-assisted development tools, and apply strong testing and software engineering practices.
