Manage dealership finance processes ensuring legal compliance, accurate documentation, client protection, and transaction integrity. Support sales goals by negotiating finance terms, selling aftermarket products, monitoring budgets and performance, and maintaining manufacturer policies and customer satisfaction.

Perform advanced data analyses, standardize and verify client data, build custom dashboards/reports, support predictive model development, and engage directly with clients to deliver analytic solutions and communicate findings.

Support data and evaluation activities: collect, enter, extract, clean, and deduplicate program data; produce monthly program and organization-wide reports; collaborate with program teams to fulfill data requests.

Provide mechanical engineering support for maritime expeditionary warfare systems including troubleshooting AN/SLQ-32(V)6, investigating system deficiencies, developing and coordinating Engineering Change Proposals, updating and creating Maintenance Requirement Cards, supporting Environmental Qualification Testing, interfacing with OEMs/ISEAs, and maintaining technical documentation and configuration records.

Serve as primary technical contact for game developers integrating with the platform. Guide API/webhook integrations, test in sandbox and production, troubleshoot issues, create documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to launch and improve integrations.

Design, build, and operate core platform infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Kubernetes. Own end-to-end projects, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security best practices, and production reliability while contributing to architecture decisions, documentation, runbooks, and mentoring. Participate in on-call rotation and automate recurring work.

Develop and maintain Linux kernel-level software including device drivers and server-level system management. Follow code development standards, work on embedded firmware and service processors, and use scripting and version control tools to support hardware-level protocols and firmware integration.
