Implement and support SailPoint IGA solutions (IdentityNow/IIQ), configure LCM workflows and connectors, create SoD rules, manage access provisioning/deprovisioning, remediate audit findings, train teammates, and support incident/problem resolution to meet IAM transformation objectives.

Recruit, screen, and interview candidates; manage end-to-end hiring including job postings, offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding support. Lead and execute organization-wide strategic initiatives, set and monitor KPIs, build and maintain regional and organizational dashboards, facilitate leadership and cross-functional teams, manage consultants, and support annual and multi-year planning to drive scale and operational goals.

Support payroll and benefits administration including processing payroll, reviewing timesheets, managing benefit enrollments and open enrollment, maintaining records, ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to employee benefit questions, supporting audits, and assisting Accounting and HR with reporting and documentation.

Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Sara AI product suite. Partner with engineering, customers, sales, and marketing to launch AI-driven security features, monitor model efficacy, and drive adoption while representing the product to analysts and customers.

Conduct vulnerability research and exploit development, build techniques to find novel vulnerabilities at scale, generate PoC exploits and reduce false positives, collaborate with AI researchers and engineers, and contribute technical reports and advisories.
