Supports and administers the Deltek Vision enterprise application, including user support, configuration, security, troubleshooting, reporting, training, documentation, data integrity, integrations, testing, and feature rollouts. Provides advanced Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support across macOS and Windows environments. Administers endpoint management, device imaging, provisioning, software deployment, identity systems, MFA, hybrid AWS integrations, and access controls. Leads incident investigation, escalation, root-cause remediation, and cross-team coordination. Supports office and multimedia technology, mentors team members, prepares resolution reports, and may perform project deployments, off-hours work, and travel.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Build pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships; develop consultative strategies for executive decision-makers; collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success; provide prospect feedback; refine sales processes and playbooks; monitor payment industry trends; forecast performance; and maintain accurate CRM records.

The role also manages high-volume projects, localizes German-market creative, and ensures brand consistency across campaigns.

Manage a portfolio of SEO and AEO clients as the strategic owner of each engagement. Build organic growth strategies, roadmaps, keyword plans, content and off-page campaigns, technical SEO initiatives, CRO experiments, and AI visibility programs. Track performance using analytics and search tools, connect results to conversions and revenue, deliver insightful monthly reports, communicate proactively, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and identify growth and upsell opportunities.

Advise students on degree programs, course selection, academic policies, degree requirements, scheduling, and career options. Monitor academic progress, support at-risk students, manage study planning, and connect students with university resources. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and departments while supporting active-duty students with flexible learning options and deployment-related academic planning. Ensure compliance with university, licensing, accreditation, privacy, and education regulations.

Handles accounts receivable billing, including creating and submitting invoices, posting customer payments, applying cash, maintaining customer records, preparing statements, and pursuing past-due accounts. Researches billing discrepancies, supports collections and financial audits, maintains financial records, and provides administrative assistance such as filing, correspondence, phone coverage, and document retrieval.
