Oversee complex projects from initiation through implementation, serving as the primary client contact. Administer and configure Salesforce, including users, permissions, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, data governance, and access controls. Communicates with healthcare providers, insurers, attorneys, paralegals, and state agencies; resolves billing discrepancies, tracks outstanding requests, maintains confidentiality, and ensures accurate, timely documentation.
