Design and run growth experiments, optimize funnels (activation, retention, referrals), and scale community-led acquisition with high autonomy in an early-stage environment.

Own and run the Deal Strategy intake: review pricing/discounts, triage legal and treasury exceptions, validate order forms, prioritise high-impact deals, maintain clause and pricing playbooks, run cross-functional taskforces, track deal metrics, and design guardrails and enablement for scalable approvals.

Create and optimize high-quality, mobile-optimized character shaders and material workflows in Unity URP. Develop master materials, tools, and editor extensions (C#).
