Part-time domain expert role advising product and engineering teams on commercial contract workflows. Duties include walking through legal processes, evaluating AI outputs, creating evaluation rubrics and ground-truth data, reviewing agreements, and supporting customer discovery. Expect 5–10 hours/week for 3–4 months, remote-friendly, U.S.-based candidates only, NDA required.

Design, implement, and operate low-latency, high-throughput C++, Go, and Python services for real-time sensor ingestion, tracking, inference, and data pipelines. Build IPC/messaging interfaces, optimize data structures and Protobuf serialization, deploy containerized services on Kubernetes (Argo/Helm) in GCP, and implement observability, testing with historic/simulated data, and end-to-end O&M.

Lead client relationships and coordinate escrow, payment, and solicitation processes across deals from kickoff through post-closing. Quarterback cross-functional teams, onboard clients, negotiate agreements, review payment data and legal documents, resolve transaction issues, mentor associates, and support market research and deal tracking for M&A and loan agency transactions.

Design AI-first product experiences for surgical and hospital teams. Run discovery, research, prototyping, user testing and iterate to production-ready interfaces using AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and product to ensure usable, safe AI interactions and smooth engineering handoffs.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) and multi-channel campaigns. Research target accounts, build pipeline, qualify meetings, and maintain CRM data.
