Own electrical subsystem design for Zipline's long-range fixed-wing drone from requirements through production and field support. Responsibilities include architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, validation, trade studies, manufacturing readiness, certification support, and cross-functional collaboration. Develop hardware in areas like microprocessors, high-speed communications, GNSS, BLDC motor drives, power/battery/BMS, and support field troubleshooting and supplier/manufacturer visits.

Own supplier industrialization and performance for PCBAs, cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and connectors for the Long Range Platform. Develop and maintain an internal full-stack web application tracking product flow, build backend services and APIs, implement DevOps workflows (deployment, monitoring, logging, testing), and collaborate with robotics and operations teams to translate operational needs into usable UX.

Design, prototype, and test mechanical components for robotic systems in seafood automation. Conduct research, develop experimental setups, own projects end-to-end, collaborate with engineers, troubleshoot, validate, and document design iterations and test results.

Lead system-level integration, testing, and field evaluation of inertial navigation products. Develop, validate, and tune navigation algorithms and sensor models. Perform hardware bring-up and debugging, support customers technically, and translate performance findings into product improvements.
