Lead Sonar's ABM strategy and execution across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many tiers. Build personalized multi-channel campaigns, align marketing and sales, leverage intent and engagement data, measure ABM impact on pipeline and expansion, manage vendors and budget, and collaborate on content, field programs, and events to drive account engagement and revenue.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will conduct prospecting activities, qualify leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate business opportunities.

Leads Sonar’s APJ partner sales organization and owns partner-sourced revenue across ANZ, Southeast Asia, North Asia, and India. Manages Channel Account Managers, drives pipeline creation through VARs, SIs, and distributors, oversees deal registration and attribution, develops AWS co-sell and marketplace opportunities, recruits and onboards partners, manages joint business plans and QBRs, resolves channel conflicts, and coordinates with regional sales leadership. The role requires regular travel across APJ and strong channel sales leadership experience.

Own a portfolio of customers as a strategic technical advisor throughout onboarding, adoption, health, and value realization. Analyze AI-generated account signals, lead maturity assessments and outcome reviews, translate business priorities into technical plans, and identify expansion and renewal opportunities for Sales. The role requires DevOps or software engineering knowledge, strong customer communication, analytical judgment, and comfort building a new function in an in-office Austin environment.

Drive technical pre-sales opportunities across LATAM through presentations, demonstrations, product evaluations, troubleshooting, and deployment guidance. Support customer adoption and expansion after purchase, collaborate with Customer Success and Support, enable channel partners, and provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Development. Explain Sonar’s AI code verification approach within customers’ software development lifecycles and help align solutions with local or cloud deployment strategies.
