The role requires translating business goals and complex datasets into executive-level narratives while driving scalable solutions, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Prepares financial, statutory, prudential, regulatory, and management reports for assigned legal entities. Advises senior stakeholders on regulatory requirements and emerging risks, drives strategic compliance initiatives, represents Compliance in governance forums, and manages and develops compliance professionals. Requires extensive financial-services compliance leadership and experience with bank regulatory frameworks, OCC-regulated entities, regulatory examinations, and complex remediation.

Lead the design and development of scalable quantitative analytics platforms using C++23 and Python 3. Build analytical modules, APIs, applications, and observability pipelines for investment and risk-management workflows. Drive architecture, distributed systems, cloud-performance optimization, testing, and reliable production delivery. Partner with stakeholders and global engineering teams to translate business and client needs into maintainable solutions, while mentoring engineers and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

Develop and maintain Python and React tools supporting model portfolio data workflows and platform enablement. Translate business requirements into production-ready solutions, automate processes, manage data distribution, support releases, conduct UAT, monitor infrastructure resilience, and resolve production issues. Collaborate with investment, infrastructure, and technology teams while maintaining runbooks and governance controls across the models ecosystem.

Leads value delivery and client engagement for Aladdin, eFront, and WPS with Tier-1 Middle East institutional investors. Builds executive relationships, drives platform adoption and measurable business outcomes, coordinates cross-functional delivery, manages risks and escalations, supports governance reviews, and contributes to renewals, growth initiatives, and team development.
