Leads and develops a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering complex enterprise implementations across EMEA. Oversees technical discovery, architecture, custom code, AI agents, integrations, automations, data pipelines, migrations, launches, and customer handoffs. Advises senior customer stakeholders, manages delivery risks and staffing, partners with Sales, Product, CX, and Engineering, and establishes scalable delivery standards, hiring practices, quality processes, and reusable technical assets.

Own and improve corporate security engineering controls across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure. Harden Okta and Google Workspace, operate endpoint security for macOS and other platforms, govern AI tool usage, reduce SaaS risk, and build Python, Bash, and Terraform automation. Partner with detection and response teams on telemetry, audits, access reviews, onboarding, offboarding, configuration drift, and incidents including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and business email compromise.

Owns end-to-end field marketing programs for AMER Sales, including executive experiences, educational events, trade shows, and partner activations. Responsibilities include event logistics, venue sourcing, budgeting, campaigns, content, audience acquisition, sales enablement, measurement, and pipeline analysis. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and BizTech to develop account-focused programs that generate and accelerate business.

Develop and art direct high-visibility brand campaigns, product launches, and events across multiple channels. Build scalable brand systems, standards, and tooling that improve creative consistency and velocity.
