Coaches hiring managers and recruiters on interviewing, calibration, and selection quality while contributing to global talent acquisition initiatives.

Support global demand generation by administering Salesforce and Pardot, maintaining contact data integrity, cleansing and segmenting contact databases, supporting outbound marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and leading projects to automate workflows and produce reports that demonstrate business impact.

Leads Morningstar’s Investment and Time Series team, overseeing quantitative methodology, financial analytics, time-sensitive investigations, and larger research initiatives. Serves as the technical methodology authority, reviews logic, ensures quality, coordinates with Product, Data, Technology, and market stakeholders, improves documentation and AI-assisted validation, and mentors quantitative researchers. Requires broad expertise in investment analytics, time series, asset allocation, modern data tools, and team leadership.

Leads global financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements, SEC filings, earnings releases, management and board reports. Oversees stock compensation, lease accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, cash flow review, SOX compliance, audits, XBRL tagging, FCCS, and the global chart of accounts. Manages the Financial Reporting team, develops accounting policies, resolves complex U.S. GAAP issues, and prepares analyses for management and auditors.

Provides L1/L2 application production support for financial products and services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical and data issues, monitoring applications, managing incidents and service requests, communicating resolutions, maintaining knowledge bases, improving software supportability, and coordinating with global teams. The role requires ownership of ticket queues, SQL debugging, service desk tool experience, and technical knowledge of .NET, Python, AWS, JavaScript, and relational databases.

Leads analysis and credit ratings for consumer asset-backed securities transactions. Evaluates collateral performance, transaction structures, legal frameworks, cash flows, credit enhancements, servicing, and macroeconomic risks. Presents recommendations to rating committees, engages issuers and market participants, authors reports and research, contributes to methodology development, and mentors junior analysts.

Lead global business development for structured credit, building relationships with asset managers, lenders, arrangers, issuers, and investors across CLOs, leveraged loans, and fund finance. Identify new business opportunities, expand ratings activity, represent Morningstar DBRS at client and industry events, and collaborate with analytical, marketing, and leadership teams. The role requires structured credit market knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, proactive commercial development, and confidence engaging senior financial stakeholders.
