Executive product leader responsible for strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes across monetization, subscriptions, payments, billing, identity, authentication, and core consumer services. Builds and leads regional Finance teams, establishes scalable operating models, aligns global and regional planning, and communicates commercial performance, risks, and recommendations to executives. Partners with Marketing, Product, Membership, Data, Strategy, Accounting, and regional leadership to support subscriber, revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

Leads Crunchyroll’s European business, owning regional growth, revenue, subscriber performance, market expansion, operations, partnerships, fan engagement, and organizational development. Translates enterprise strategy into regional priorities, represents European market insights, coordinates cross-functional execution, and builds a high-performing leadership organization across diverse markets.

Develop and maintain Android features for Crunchyroll’s mobile monetization experiences. Own feature delivery with emphasis on code quality, performance, scalability, and user experience. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Program Management; participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, on-call support, and testing. Identify technical debt and reliability issues while improving development practices and operational efficiency across large, modular codebases.

Manage and grow Crunchyroll’s strategic global partnerships with Connected TV and platform partners. Develop partner strategies, serve as the primary relationship contact, identify product and growth opportunities, monitor performance, lead business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams across marketing, analytics, finance, product, engineering, and content operations. Represent Crunchyroll at partner meetings and industry events while driving subscriber and revenue growth.

Processes domestic and international vendor and contractual payments, reviews invoices and approvals, performs reconciliations, resolves discrepancies, supports tax compliance, intercompany transactions, AP reporting, SOX controls, audits, and process improvements. Partners with Finance, Tax, Procurement, Legal, Treasury, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate and timely payments across multiple entities and currencies.

Leads Crunchyroll’s global collectibles supply chain and manufacturing strategy, including sourcing, supplier management, production planning, inventory, logistics, and product-launch readiness. Partners cross-functionally to optimize quality, cost, capacity, delivery, and operational risk. Oversees supplier performance, forecasting, KPI reporting, budgets, and continuous improvement across international manufacturing operations.
