Oversee support operations, workforce planning, service-level performance, escalations, critical incidents, and post-incident reviews. Drive AI and automation adoption to improve support efficiency, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and talent development initiatives.

Provide global IT support across hardware, software, identity, networking, cloud applications, onboarding, device provisioning, access management, endpoint administration, and asset tracking. Troubleshoot system, access, workflow, and integration issues; support releases, testing, UAT, implementations, and data validation. Partner with business teams, vendors, IT risk, and data owners to improve efficiency, controls, data quality, reliability, and scalability across interconnected business systems.

Participate in a 10-week summer internship supporting a core commercial insurance function such as claims, underwriting, audit, IT, marketing, or HR. Interns receive hands-on training, mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and complete a final Capstone presentation.

Administer, configure, support, and optimize interconnected SaaS business applications.
