Lead IO improvement projects, design scalable workflows and operating models, and leverage AI tooling to accelerate review and enable AE self-service. Act as the commercial expert protecting company interests in deal conversations.

Perform Remote Online Notarizations in accordance with state laws, verify signer identity, maintain records, deliver professional customer service, coordinate scheduling, and support multilingual clients (with interpreters when allowed).
