Own governance, configuration, and integration integrity of core business systems (starting with HubSpot). Manage day-to-day payments operations including escalation handling, rate review workflows, system/workflow updates, complex support ticket resolution, onboarding support, documentation, and surfacing recurring operational issues to leadership.

Manage end-to-end SSP partner operations, onboarding, blocklists, ads.txt audits, performance investigation, data consolidation, and cross-functional documentation to optimize publisher yield and compliance.

Provide first-line technical support for residential and small business customers across voice, data, video, and security services. Troubleshoot IPTV, POTS, DSL, and fiber broadband issues, document interactions in the service database, monitor outages, escalate as needed, and work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
