Requires independent judgment, strong organization, and the ability to learn a broad product suite.

Own marketing and partnerships operations infrastructure, including HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring, attribution, lifecycle management, campaign tracking, Salesforce integrations, and PartnerStack administration. Improve funnel efficiency, pipeline hygiene, lead conversion, and channel ROI through automation, reporting, forecasting, and data governance. Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Analytics teams to implement scalable revenue processes.

Leads the L1 client support function, managing support associates, ticket triage, SLA tracking, escalations, access provisioning, client communications, and support metrics. Drives process improvements through automation, standardized workflows, alerting, and knowledge-base development. Processes annuity new business applications, correspondence, initial premium payments, and accounting transactions. Reviews submissions for completeness, corrects errors, requests missing documents, and communicates with agents and office staff. Responds to inquiries, supports customers, maintains knowledge of insurance products and administrative systems, assists with team workloads and projects, cross-trains on application entry and requirement review, and provides backup call center support.

Provide empathetic customer support to healthcare providers and patients through email, live chat, and phone. Resolve approximately 40 daily operational and technical inquiries, explain Headway’s products and insurance practices, de-escalate challenging situations, and identify customer experience improvements. The role requires weekend availability, remote work from a quiet private workspace, and strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and goal-oriented performance.
